International Buyers will incur additional SHIPPING costs, which will be invoiced to your email address via PayPal.
SHIPPING in Australia
We are very proud of our original artworks for kids rooms and we want to make sure they get to you in the same perfect condition that they left our studio.
All canvas prints and handpainted canvas artwworkds are wrapped shrink wrapped, wrapped in bubblewrap, sent in specialkly designed boxes and sent via Registered Post. (Insurance - up to $100)
Our Prints on Paper - are sandwhiched between cardboards and sent in a A4 enveloped via standard postage.
Wee Targets are send in a C5 Gold post office envelope via standard postage.
Items will be posted within 4 days once payment has been received.
Wee Targets & Paper Prints will be posted within 24hours on Business Working days. (Mon to Friday)
Made-to-order items please allow 7-14 days, If we have a heavy Orders, but on average turnaround is 3 days. We will provide a registered post reference number where necessary.
*postage is free across Australia, overseas buyers will have to pay a small postage fee, this is to be requested and agreed before buying
Extra insurance cover may be purchased by the customer for items over $100 and up to $5000, please just let us know when you make your purchase, if you wish extra insurance cover.
Once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, it is no longer Kids Art responsibility for the delivery of the item, it is out of Kids Art control for the time it takes for the parcel to arrive at its destination. The item is now in the hands of Australia Post.

HOW SOON WILL MY ITEM BE POSTED?
Items will be posted within 24-48hours of payment being received.
Please allow 7 days for made to order personalised names on canvas to be posted.
Items are posted on Mondays through to Fridays. Kids Art will notify all customers once there item has been posted.

Because we are PayPal verified you can pay online with debit or credit card or PayPal balance using PayPal as our secure payment gateway. Simple & Safe. RETURNS
Once receiving your purchase, the buyer must notify Kids Art within 3 days if they are unhappy with their items received & wish to receive a refund on the purchase price only (not the return postage).
Before any refunds are authorised, all artworks are to be returned to Kids Art via registered post in the original postage box, and in their original condition & posted within 7 days. As the buyer you are responsible for the return registered postage costs to Kids Art.
As part of our quality control all items are inspected before packaging. Kids Art will not refund for any damaged goods, and we reserve the right to refuse a refund option inspection of the returned goods and at our discretion.
Registered Post within Australia- provides insurance cover for up to a value of $100. Extra insurance cover may be purchased by the purchaser for items over $100 & up to $5000, please just let us kow when you make your purchase, if you wish extra insurane cover.
I want to purchase the item for a present. Will you send to a different addresss than my own?
Yes. When you complete checkout please type in the address where you want the item to be posted in DELIVERY ADDRESS. THis is where we will post the item.
The item is for a gift (a christening) and is being sent straight to the family. Will you gift wrap it for me?
Yes. Please just let us know. We are more than happy to gift wrap your item if going to a different address for a special occassion. We have done this many time, especially if interstate and flying in to the occassion in a weeks time. Please just let us know what the occassion is, christening, new born, or Birthday.

Do you accept orders from OVERSEAS?
Yes. We have sent orders to Canada, United States, England, Germany and Ireland. Orders from Overseas will incur a additional costs for shipping.
How much is POSTAGE OVERSEAS?
Wee Targets - $2 australian dollars. Per Wee Target
Paper Prints - $4 australian dollars. Per Set of Paper Prints.

Once the parcel has been posted, and lodged with Australia Post, it is no longer the responsibility of Kids Art it is now in the hands of Australia Post, and whichever international postage service in your country handles the delivery of your item. Kids Art cannot control the time taken for your parcel to be delivered.`
How to you accept PAYMENT for an OVERSEAS ORDERS?
We only accept payment via PayPal from our overseas customers. Paypal payments can be made to our Kids Art email address. sales@kids-art.com.au. Or we will send an invoice for SHIPPING costs via PayPal.
