How do I ORDER?
First, you must CREATE AN ACCOUNT and register on the Kids Art website. Click on LOGIN at the top of the website on the navigation bar.
Customers are free to browse the Kids Art online store as a GUEST and place items into their shopping cart. Once a GUEST proceeds to CHECKOUT you will then be asked to LOG IN and register an account with KIDS ART before you can proceed with CHECKOUT.
Do I need to Create an Account?
Yes. If you wish to purchase products from the Kids Art online store.
What happens once I create an account?
With your account, you can now take part in the various services we have to offer you. Some of these services include:
How much is POSTAGE?
Postage on the Kids Art website is FREE across Australia. Overseas orders will incurr shipping costs.
Can I PAY ONLINE?
Yes. You can pay online via PayPal or by direct bank transfer. We also take credit card details over the phone. You can also use your credit card when using PayPal as a payment method. You do not have to have a Paypal account to use the Paypal secure payment gateway.
What PAYMENT METHODS do you offer?
After you have added the goods to your shopping cart and completed Checkout you will be offered the following payment methods to select from.
BANK TRANSFER - Kids Art bank details will be provided once CHECKOUT has been completed.
CREDIT CARD over the PHONE - We accept VISA and MASTERCARD. Complete checkout and click on the Option Credit Card over the Phone. One of our Kids Art staff will call you to complete the transaction and take your Credit Card Details. Please do not email us your credit card details.
MONEY ORDERS/ CHEQUES - Please complete checkout and post the money order or cheque to the address provided.
PAYPAL - use a Credit Card, Debit Card, Paypal balance or Bank Account.
What is PayPal?
PayPal is a international Payment Gateway. It allows you to send money via Credit Card, Debit Card, Bank Account or PayPal balance to any email address worldwide.
PAY SECURELY online WITH CREDIT CARD. Because we are PayPal verified you can pay online with debit or credit card or PayPal balance using PayPal as our secure payment gateway. Simple & Safe. You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay via PayPal, once you checkout simply click on the left hand side of the screen "Don't have a paypal account? Use your credit card?" Do you accept Credit Card?
Yes. We accept VISA and MASTERCARD. You can pay with your credit card via PAYPAL. You can place your order and we will PHONE you to accept your credit card details over the phone.
Do you accept orders from OVERSEAS?
Yes. We have sent orders to Canada, United States, England, Germany, New Zealand and Ireland. Orders from Overseas will incur a additional costs for shipping.
How much is POSTAGE OVERSEAS?
Wee Targets - $2 australian dollars.
Paper Prints - $4 australian dollars.
International customers please tick - Add international postage per item that is purchased, and this will add the international Post to your shopping Cart.
How do you accept PAYMENT for an OVERSEAS ORDERS?
We only accept payment via PayPal from our overseas customers. Paypal payments can be made to our Kids Art website. email@example.com.
How do you SEND the items?
All canvas prints and handpainted canvas artworks are shrink wrapped, wrapped in bubblewrap, sent in specially designed boxes and sent via Registered Post. (Insurance - up to $100)
Our Prints on Paper - are sandwiched between cardboards and sent in a A4 enveloped via standard postage.
Personalised Placemats - A4 size are sent in a A4 enveloped via standard postage. A3 are sent in bubble padded bag/envelope. DO NOT BEND is clearly stamped on the envelopes
Wee Targets are send in a C5 Gold post office envelope via standard postage.
What is REGISTERED POST?
Registered Post - provides insurance cover for up to a value of $100. Extra insurance cover may be purchased by the purchaser for items over $100 & up to $5000, please just let us kow when you make your purchase, if you wish extra insurane cover.
How long until items are sent?
Kids Art prides itself on quick turnaround times. Items will be posted within 4 days once payment has been received, this can be longer around christmas time. On average our turnaround times are:-
Wee Targets will be posted within 24hours on business days.
Paper Prints will be posted within 24 hours on business days.
Placemats will be posted within 24 hours on business days.
Clocks will be posted within 48 hours on business days.
Made-to-order items please allow up to 7-14 days depending on how heavy our orders are. However average turnaround is about 4 days.
We will provide a registered post reference number where necessary once the items have been posted.
Please allow extra delivery time during November up until christmas as we are always very busy at this time.
How long is delivery once posted?
Australia Post recommends to allow 2 to 5 days delivery time. Please allow extra time when it is christmas and public holidays.
How do I track my parcel?
You can track your parcel via the registered post reference number we have provided by calling Australia Post on 131318. If the parcel could not be delivered, it may be at your local Post Office waiting collection.
Where are you located?
On the Sunshine Coast in Queensland near NOOSA HEADS, and are only a online retail store.
I want to purchase the item for a present. Will you send to a different addresss than my own?
Yes. When you complete checkout please type in the address where you want the item to be posted in DELIVERY ADDRESS. This is where we will post the item.
The item is for a gift (a christening) and is being sent straight to the family. Will you gift wrap it for me?
Yes. Please just let us know. We are more than happy to gift wrap your item if going to a different address for a special occassion. We have done this many time, especially if interstate and flying in to the occassion in a weeks time. Please just let us know what the occassion is, christening, new born, or Birthday.
We will send the invoice to your address and the parcel to the delivery address requested. There is an opportunity to change the delivery address during the checkout process. Kids Art will receive both your addresss given during registration and the delivery address provided during checkout.
Do you have a GALLERY or STORE FRONT we can visit?
No. Kids Art is an online retail business and wholesaler.There are several retailers stocking Kids Art products, we can supply stockists details for you.
What are the placemats made of?
Our Kids Art placemats are printed with a high quality canon ink printer, onto thick 250gsm cardboard. They are then lamintated with heavy duty 250 micron laminate that is placed through an industrial laminator. They are completley sealed and can be wipe over with a clean cloth. The designs are digital copies that come from the original handpainted artworks exclusive to Kids Art.
